NWF Group plc: Holding(s) in Company and Total Voting Rights

NWF, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, received notification on 1 November 2011 that Octopus Investments Nominees Limited has increased its shareholding by 302,601 Ordinary Shares, taking its total notifiable interest to 1,638,378 Ordinary Shares of the Group, representing 3.47% of the total issued share capital.

The Group's issued share capital consists of 47,176,260 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Group does not hold any shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group is 47,176,260.
