The Company has received notification yesterday that Atorka Holding B.V. holds
1,861,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 20.36% of the entire
issued share capital of the Company following the transfer of the Company's
shares to Atorka Holding B.V. from Atorka Group, such transfer taking place on
27 June 2007.
