                               Holding in Company


The Company received notification yesterday, in accordance with the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules pursuant to the Transparency Obligations Directive, that
following a purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Atorka Group is
now interested in a total of 1,851,000 ordinary shares, representing 20.25 per
cent. of the Company's current total voting rights.
