                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 856 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM pursuant to the exercise of SAYE share options at £1.93 each. The new
shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company,
and trading is expected to commence on 5 October 2005.
