                                Issue of Equity


The Company announces today that application has been made for 39,445 ordinary
shares pursuant to the exercise of employee share options exercised at an
adjusted price of £0.386 per share under the NWF Group plc SAYE Share Option
Scheme.


These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company, and trading is expected to commence on 26 November 2007.
Following the exercise of these shares, the Company will have 46,930,500
ordinary shares in issue.
