NWF Group plc: Notice of Results

NWF Group plc, the specialist distribution business, plans to announce preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2010 on Tuesday 10 August 2010.

As announced on 15 June 2010 in the Group's trading update, NWF's divisions have enjoyed another strong period for the year ended 31 May 2010, trading ahead of market expectations.  Subsequently, the Directors anticipate another record year for the Group.

A meeting will be held for analysts at 10.30 am on the day of the results at Tavistock Communications, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT
