NWF Group plc appoints a non-executive Director


The Board of NWF Group plc is pleased to announce today that Mr. John Keith
Acornley has been appointed a non-executive Director with effect from 1st 
November 2001.

John is aged 47 and is currently Managing Director of CellStar (UK) Limited
and a non-executive Director of Zen Wallcoverings Limited.
