NWF Group plc: Transfer of Shares

The Group was informed on 30 November 2011 that 20,000 shares representing 0.04 per cent of the Group's issued share capital were transferred on 30 November 2011 from the spouse of Johnathan Ford (Finance Director of the Group), to a SIPP for the benefit of Johnathan Ford himself.  Accordingly there has been no change in Mr Ford's beneficial interest in the Group.
