Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (the "Company" or "OCI"), is pleased to announce the appointment of a new independent Non-Executive Director to its Board, Fiona Beck, with effect from 1 October 2020. Fiona's appointment will be subject to ratification at the Company's next AGM. Fiona is a Bermudian resident and Member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and brings a wealth of public company board experience to OCI.
Fiona has over 20 years of leadership experience in listed and unlisted companies within the technology, telecoms, infrastructure, fintech, blockchain, and event management sectors. She also has extensive experience as a member of various Risk, Audit, and Remuneration committees established by the Boards on which she has served.

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, which the Company voluntarily complies with, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Fiona Beck.
The Company is further pleased to announce the appointment of existing independent Non-Executive Director, Richard Lightowler, as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
