Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Oakley Capital Investments Limited¹ (AIM: OCL, "OCL" or "Company") announces that on 25 January 2017, it cancelled 2,108,843 ordinary shares, which were held as treasury shares.

Following the above cancellation, the Company no longer holds any shares in treasury. The number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue is 204,804,036.
