Oakley Capital Investments Limited
Directorate Change
Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (the "Company") announces that Craig Bodenstab has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 30 June 2020 . This is due primarily to a significant and unplanned increase in his other commitments which has led him to conclude he is unable to serve the Board as effectively as he would wish going forward. The Company expects to announce the appointment of a new Independent Director shortly.
Caroline Foulger, Chair of Oakley Capital Investments Limited, said:
" I would like to thank Craig for his significant contribution to OCI in the time he has served on the Board and wish him all the very best for the future. He has been an excellent Board member and the Board has benefitted greatly from his input and counsel.
We continue to focus on enhancing governance and look forward to announcing the appointment of a new Independent Director shortly."
