Purchase of Shares
Oakley Capital Investments Limited ('the Company' or 'OCIL') announces that subsequent to the Board authorising a share buy-back programme of up to 4 million ordinary shares in the Company at prices below the estimated Net Asset Value per share, the Company, on 20 February 2015, made a further purchase of 667,033 ordinary shares of 1p each in OCIL at 160.8p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company will hold 10,634,188 ordinary shares in treasury.
The number of ordinary shares in issue is 128,125,000 therefore the number of ordinary shares in issue less purchased shares held in treasury will be 117,490,812 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 117,490,812.
