Oakley Capital Investments Limited¹ (AIM:OCL, the "Company"), was notified of the following transactions by an Alternate Director of the Company:

David Till, an Alternate Director of the Company, purchased 22,650 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in two transactions. 9,700 were purchased on 5 April 2017 at an aggregate price of 154.395 pence per Ordinary Share and 12,950 were purchased on 6 April 2017 at an aggregate price of 155.00 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr. Till is now interested in 22,650 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital.
