Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (the "Company") announces that, further to its announcement earlier today, it has purchased 3.0 million ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 159 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 195,599,936 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market, none of which are held in treasury.
