Oakley Capital Investments Limited
Update on Rastreator and Acierto
Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (the "Company" or "OCI") previously announced the proposed acquisition by Oakley Capital Private Equity III2 ("Fund III") of Rastreator and Acierto, two leading price comparison businesses in Spain.
The two deals were signed conditional upon achieving competition clearance. Due to challenges in completing the transaction within a reasonable timeframe, predominantly relating to antitrust complexity, Fund III and its JV partners have decided not to proceed and therefore neither transaction will now complete.
