Ocado appoints Duncan Tatton-Brown as new Chief Financial Officer

Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") today announces that Duncan Tatton-Brown will join the Board as the new Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 September 2012.

Duncan was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Fitness First Group Limited, having been formerly the Group Finance Director of Kingfisher plc, the Group Finance Director of B&Q plc and the Chief Financial Officer of Virgin Entertainment Group. Duncan is also an independent Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Rentokil Initial plc.

Lord Grade, Chairman of Ocado, said:

His public company experience in large and complex retail, service and consumer facing businesses is a most valuable addition to the skills and experience of the existing Directors.
