Ocado Group Plc: Stake Sale by John Lewis Partnership Pensions Trust

Ocado Group Plc notes the announcement by the John Lewis Partnership Pensions Trust of the sale of its remaining holding in the Company.

The sale does not affect the existing commercial arrangements between Ocado and Waitrose (which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the John Lewis Partnership).  A new 10 year supply agreement was entered into by Waitrose and Ocado in May 2010.

The sale is being undertaken by the John Lewis Partnership Pensions Trust as part of its investment management activities.
