                               Director's holding

The Company was notified on 1 December 2003 that Dr Michael Tamir, Executive
Vice President, disposed of 7,722 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each, representing
0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, on 1 December 2003.
Of these ordinary shares, 1,372 were sold at a price of €1.7626 per share and
6,350 at a price of €1.7665.

Following this sale Dr Tamir holds 1,207,260 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 11.34 per cent of the issued share capital.
