The Company was notified today that on 8 December 2003 Dr Michael Tamir,
Executive Vice President, disposed of 5,350 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each at a
price of €1.6, representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.

Following this sale Dr Tamir holds 1,198,154 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 11.25 per cent of the issued share capital.
