The Company was notified on 2 December 2003 that Dr Michael Tamir, Executive
Vice President, disposed of 1,778 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each at a price of
€1.715, representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company,
on 2 December 2003.

Following this sale Dr Tamir holds 1,205,482 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 11.32 per cent of the issued share capital.
