The Company was notified on 4 December 2003 that Dr Michael Tamir, Executive
Vice President, disposed of 1,478 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each at a price of
€1.7, representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, on
2 December 2003.

Following this sale Dr Tamir holds 1,203,504 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 11.30 per cent of the issued share capital.
