Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc (AIM: OHT), a leading researcher, developer and supplier of proprietary blended seaweed products as functional additives for the global animal feed industry, announces that Ashley Head has been appointed as Executive Chairman with immediate effect. After two years as CEO, Mark Williams will be stepping down from the board today following his resignation.
The Company will look to strengthen the Board and Executive team in the coming weeks.
Ashley Head, Executive Chairman, said:
"Mark has been instrumental in managing the business through our IPO and building out the supply chain to allow the business to scale. He has also addressed key challenges and put a new sales team in place - on behalf of the entire Board, we wish him the best for the future."
