Orad to provide Deutsche Welle with an additional HDVG platform to supply
on-screen channel branding solution in a deal worth c. US$500,000 in addition to
the contract previously announced on  August 2006.


Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited (Symbol: OHT), a world leading provider of virtual
studios and on-air graphics systems has announced that it will provide an
additional HDVG platform to leading German broadcaster, Deutsche Welle, for its
on-screen channel branding. The deal, valued at an estimated US$500,000 is part
of a new master control room implementation managed by one of the largest system
integrators in Germany, Wellen&Nothen, is in addition to the agreement signed in
August 2006 with Deutsche Welle for more than US$1.3 million for the supply of
three dimensional high definition graphic systems. Deutsche Welle is a member of
the ARD group.


Deutsche Welle's on- screen branding solution will be operated through Orad's
powerful graphic computer, the HDVG, which will enable on screen branding on 8
dual channels, enabling Deutsche Welle to differentiate themselves from other
broadcasters by strengthening their channel identity and increasing viewer
loyalty. Orad's channel branding solution provides a graphical layer that
promotes the channel's programming and general information, such as: weather,
stock market updates, news, and more.
