Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited ('Orad')
Orad continues to grow in the broadcast on-air graphics market with a new order
worth US$1.3M.
Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited (Symbol: OHT) announces that it has signed a new
contract worth US$1.3M for the sale of its broadcasting graphics solutions with
a major customer in Africa. The customer will deploy Orad's solutions across the
station's different facilities and will standardise its graphics production
using Orad's platform. The system will be deployed during H1/2008.
As part of the agreement, Orad will equip the station with multiple Maestro HD/
SD 3D character generator stations empowered by Orad's HDVG HD/SD video
rendering platform. The sale also includes Orad's 3DWeather prediction system
and its advanced real-time 3D financial graphics solution.
Mr. Avi Sharir, President and CEO of Orad commented: 'This sale further
demonstrates Orad's increasingly strong presence in the broadcasting graphics
market. We have experienced significant growth in our graphics business during
2007 and are expecting to continue this growth in 2008.'
