Orad Hi-Tec Systems Limited ('Orad')


Orad signed a five years revenue sharing agreement with TV Globo worth several
hundred thousand dollars a year.


Orad Hi-Tec Systems (Symbol: OHT), a world-leading provider of virtual studios
and sport production solutions, has announced that it will be upgrading
Brazilian TV Globo's live sport enhancement and virtual advertising capabilities
with cutting edge High Definition technology. TV Globo is the fourth largest
broadcaster in the world and the largest in Brazil. TV Globo, which has the
largest production center in Latin America, producing 75% of all its prime-time
programming. The deal is estimated at several hundred thousand dollars a year.


TV Globo, has been using Orad's CyberSport solution since its inception and will
now benefit from its new HDVG graphic visualisation capabilities, its video
insertion into High Definition, superior High Definition graphics and
CyberSport's simple and powerful user interface.


Mr. Jose Dias, Director of Multimedia Research and Development at TV Globo said:

'CyberSport has enabled us to superimpose online virtual advertisments from our
studios and from the venue itself, greatly simplifying the entire production
process and saving us both time and money.'
