Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ld
26 October 2007
ANNOUNCEMENT
Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that Dragaport Limitada, (a 33%
indirectly owned joint venture of our subsidiary, Wilson Sons Limited), has
signed an agreement to sell the dredges Macapa and Boa Vista 1 to Great Lakes
Dredge & Dock Company, LLC, a North American dredging company for US$25 million.
The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of 2007.
For Wilson Sons Limited the disposal of the dredges, the main assets of
Dragaport Limitada, concludes Wilson Sons Limited dredging activities, and is
consistent with the Group's Brazilian strategy of creating synergy among its
business segments (port terminals, towage, ship agency, logistics, and
offshore).
