OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LIMITED

The Company intends to pay an interim dividend of 4.00cents per share on 26 September 2008 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 29 August 2008. 

Shareholders will continue to receive dividends in sterling determined by reference to the exchange rate applicable to the US Dollar on the dividend record date, except for those shareholders that elect to receive dividends in US dollars

Where the shareholder has not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 29 August 2008 which was $1.8173 giving an interim dividend in sterling of 2.2011p per share
