Amendment of RNS published at 14:37 on 20 September 2018 - The original announcement had the incorrect heading Net Asset Value(s) and this has been amended to reference the correct heading Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights.

Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 20 September the Company purchased for cancellation 487,406 Ordinary shares at a price of 120p per share. 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 108,234,862 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each, with voting rights.
