Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 2 August 2010 1,899, 774 New
Ordinary shares held in Treasury were cancelled.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of
29,025,643 New Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each. Â The Company no
longer holds any shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total voting rights of the Company is now 29,025,643 ordinary
shares of 50p each.
