NAV and Issue of Equity
Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 31 March 2010 the unaudited net asset
value per Ordinary Share was 84.5p.
Furthermore, Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that at a Board meeting held on 1
April 2010, 194,484 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each were issued and allotted to
12 subscribers at a price of 89.4 pence per share for cash.
Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now
31,971,865 Ordinary Shares.
