As announced on 27 May 2016 in the Chairman's Statement within the Company's final results for the year ended 29 February 2016 Michael Reeve retired at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which took place on 7 July 2016. Roger Smith succeeded Mr Reeve as Chairman with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.
