Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 11 November 2013, 1,447,617 Ordinary Shares of £0.01p each were issued and allotted to 66 subscribers at a price of 119.3p pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 February 2013. 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 26 November 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 54,141,092 Ordinary Shares.
