The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 14 December 2015 the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 107.3pence per share.

 

As announced in the interim accounts an interim dividend of 2.5p will be paid on 14 January 2016 to those shareholders on the register on 18 December 2015.
