TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:

The capital of the Company consists of 45,629,288 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 45,629,288 ('the Figure').

The Figure of 45,629,288 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
