Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2013 the Company purchased for cancellation 81,246 Ordinary shares at a price of 106.75p per share. 

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 54,810,205 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
