Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 19 June 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 145,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 107.5p per share. 

 

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 71,591,153 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
