Cancellation of Treasury Shares

The Board of Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc announces that on 25 May 2010 the 840,019
'A' Ordinary shares held in Treasury were cancelled.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of
15,426,098 'A' Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting
rights.
