Dividend
HMRC clearance has now been received for the payment of a final dividend
announced by the Company with the Annual Report on 23 March 2011. Accordingly,
a dividend of 1.65p per Ordinary share will be paid from the capital reserves of
the Company on 10 June 2011 to shareholders on the register on 13 May 2011
subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
