Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 22(nd) March 2011, 1,346,742
Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each were issued and allotted to 67 subscribers at a
price of 73.33 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 9 July
2010. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of
the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 24 March
2011.
Keith Mullins, the Chairman of the Company, was allotted 54,548 shares resulting
in a total shareholding of 104,548 shares, 0.027% of the total issued share
capital.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now:
  38,331,623 Ordinary Shares.
The Offer is expected to remain open until 30 April 2011 unless previously
extended or fully subscribed earlier. For applications to be applied for the
2010/2011 tax year these should be lodged no later than 2pm on 5 April 2011.
