Enhanced buyback facility
The board of the Company are pleased to announce that they are considering offering shareholders the opportunity to participate in an enhanced buyback facility. A further opportunity is also intended to be provided for shareholders and new investors to invest in the Company pursuant to a top-up offer.
Full terms of the enhanced buyback facility and top-up offer are expected to be provided to shareholders shortly, at which point a further announcement will be made.
