Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights - Amendment

Further to the RNS announcement of the Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights for Octopus Second AIM VCT plc made on 11 November 2013 at 14:46 under number:  HUG1742193, an incorrect number of shares allotted was shown. The correction is included below.

Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 11 November 2013, 561,605 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each were issued and allotted to 32 subscribers at a price of 87.6p pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 February 2013.  

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 26 November 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 47,123,714 Ordinary Shares.
