Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 8 July 2013, 369,194 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each were issued and allotted to 21 subscribers at a price of 77.9p pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 1 February 2013.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 22 July 2013.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 45,295,047 Ordinary Shares.
