Annual General Meeting - Change of Date

Further to the information contained in the announcement of the final results of Octopus Apollo VCT plc (the "Company") published at 18:18 on 29 May 2015 the Directors of the Company announce that the time and date of the Company's Annual General Meeting has been changed from 3.00 p.m. on 14 July 2015 to 2.30 p.m. on 28 July 2015.  

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2015 in due course.
