Top Up Offer and Issue of Top Up Offer Document
The Board of Octopus Apollo VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has today launched a Top Up Offer to raise up to £4.1 million in the 2013/14 tax year. Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document (the "Offer Document") issued by the Company, dated 2 December 2013.
The Offer opens on 2 December 2013 and will close at 12 noon on 5 April 2014 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.
The Offer Document will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
