The Board announces that the Investment Management Agreement between
the Company and Octopus Ventures Limited has been novated to Octopus
Investments Limited.  This change is being made as a result of an
internal reorganisation of the Octopus group.  The terms of the
Investment Management Agreement and the composition of the fund
management team within Octopus that has responsibility for managing
the Company's assets remain unchanged.
