Combined New Share Offer and Issue of Combined New Share Offer Document

The Companies have today launched a Combined New Share Offer (the "Offer") to raise up to £13,500,000 million in aggregate split equally between the Companies, in the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 tax years.  Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document (the "Offer Document") issued by the Companies, dated 4 April 2014.

The Offer opens today, 4 April 2014, and will close at 12 noon on 30 April 2014 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.

The Offer Document will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
