Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 12 December 2013, 3,193,090 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 677 subscribers at a price of £1.008 per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 3 September 2013.  

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 31 December 2013.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 25,177,821 Ordinary Shares.
