Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 14 February 2014, 1,102,637 Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 218 subscribers at a price of 99.1p per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 3 September 2013. 

The following director was allotted shares and his total holdings are detailed below:

John Hustler                       18,166 Ordinary Shares (0.07% of the issued share capital) 

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 28 February 2014.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 26,122,657 Ordinary Shares.
