Top Up offer and Issue of Top Up Offer Document

Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc, ("the Company") has launched a Top Up offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise up to £1,250,000 ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document ("the Offer Document") issued by the Company, dated 3 January 2012.

The Offer opened on 3 January 2012 and will close at 12pm on 5 April 2012 in respect of the 2011/12 Offer and at 12.00 p.m. on 30 April 2012 in respect of the 2012/13 Offer (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or closed at the Directors' discretion).

The Offer Document will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
