The Boards of the Companies are pleased to confirm  that further to the passing of the resolutions at the general meetings of the Companies held on 3 June 2013 relating to the Sale Proposals, as defined and details of which are set out in the circular to the Companies' shareholders dated 3 May 2013 (the "Circular"), the transfer by the Companies of their investments in Nature Delivered Limited and Zoopla Property Group Limited to Octopus Zenith LP and the transfer by Octopus Titan VCT 3 Plc of its investment in Secret Escapes Limited to Octopus Zenith LP in accordance with the Sale Proposals completed on 21 June 2013. A further announcement will follow upon the completion of the transfer by the Companies of their investments in Calastone Limited to Octopus Zenith LP in accordance with the Sale Proposals.
